Account support
Portal accounts are issued by the association, not self-registered. If you cannot sign in, one of the four situations below almost always explains it.
I have not received an account
Accounts are created by the National Secretary General or the IT Support Division and sent to your registered address as an activation link. If your membership is on record but no invitation has arrived, write to it@pmsa.ps from the address the association holds for you.
My activation link has expired
Activation links are single-use and time-limited. Ask for a fresh invitation — the old link cannot be reissued, and a new one replaces it entirely.
I have forgotten my password
Use forgot password on the sign-in screen. The portal never sends an existing password — it can only issue a link to set a new one. Nobody at PMSA can read your password, including the IT Support Division.
I have lost my two-factor device
The National Secretary General, the Treasurer, Executive Board members and system administrators must clear a second factor at every sign-in. If you have lost the device and your recovery codes, only an administrator can reset the enrolment, and the reset is recorded in the audit log with the reason given.
Contacting the IT Support Division
Write to it@pmsa.ps with your PMSA ID and your local committee. The portal operates under the supervision of the National Secretary General in coordination with the IT Support Division, so account and permission questions may be referred between the two.
Please do not send passwords, scans of identity documents, or member data by email. If a request needs any of those, it will be handled inside the portal.
